Webinar Pro · Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Webinar Pro is a free app that gives you a CRM, a funnel page and content tools. By creating an account you accept these terms.
In short: your account and everything you put in it are yours, and you are responsible for them. Webinar Pro only stores your data for you so the app works; it does not use, sell or share it.
1. Your account
- You need a referral code to create an account. Each code works once.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
2. You are responsible for your own data
- Everything you add or collect (contacts, leads from your funnel page, phone numbers, emails, notes, photos, messages) is your data, and you are responsible for it.
- For the people in your CRM and the leads who fill in your funnel page, you are the person in charge of their data (under GDPR/DSGVO, the "controller"). You decide why you collect it and how you contact them, and you must follow the law: have a reason to contact them, answer their questions about their data, and delete it when they ask.
- Only add photos, videos and texts you are allowed to use.
- Webinar Pro and its owner cannot see the contacts or content in your account and do not use them.
3. What you may not do
- No spam, no messages to people who did not agree to be contacted.
- No illegal, misleading or hateful content, and no fake funnel pages.
- No attempts to break, overload or get into other accounts.
Accounts that break these rules can be closed.
4. Free service, no guarantee
- Webinar Pro is free. It is offered "as is": we work to keep it running, but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.
- Keep your own copy of important data (CRM → Export).
- Features may change. If the app ever becomes paid, existing accounts stay free.
5. Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time: More → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and all its data at once.
