Webinar Pro is a free CRM and funnel app for people who run webinars and sell online. This page explains which data the app stores, why, and how you can delete it.

Data we store for account holders
- Account: your email address and your password. The password is stored only as a salted hash (PBKDF2); nobody can read it.
- Sign-in: a random session token, saved in your browser (local storage) and as a hash on our server. We use no cookies for tracking.
- Your work in the app: contacts, notes, stages, content ideas, brand settings, funnel settings and chats that you enter yourself.
- Referral code: the invite code you used to sign up.
Every account is separate. Other users, and the app owner, cannot see your contacts or content.
Data from funnel visitors (leads)
When someone fills in an account holder's funnel page, the app stores their name, phone number, email (if given) and their answers to the questions, and passes them to that account holder's CRM. The account holder decides how to use these contacts and is responsible for them. Visitors can ask the account holder, or us, to delete their entry.
Services we use
- Cloudflare (hosting and database): runs the app and stores the data above.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends the password-reset email to your address. No marketing emails are sent.
- Google Gemini (only if you add your own AI key): the text you send to Chat, Generate or the AI tools goes to Google to create the answer.
We do not sell data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.
How long we keep data
As long as your account exists. Password-reset links expire after one hour and can be used once.
Delete your account
In the app: More → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and all your contacts, content, chats and settings at once. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can complain to a data protection authority. Write to the email above.
Children
Webinar Pro is for adults running a business and is not meant for children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
